摘要:本文以元认知策略对学生英语听力学习的影响为话题,系统地论述了元认知理论与策略的相关知识,英语听力学习现状和影响因素,以及元认知策略对英语听力学习的影响和作用机制。文中重点介绍了元认知策略理论在英语听力学习中的应用和实证研究,并运用实验操作和数据收集等方法进行了实证研究,分析讨论了实验结果。研究表明,元认知策略在英语听力学习中具有显著的促进作用,通过帮助学生了解和掌控自己的学习过程,提高了学习效果和自主学习能力,对于障碍学习者尤其有效。本文全面分析了元认知策略对英语听力学习的重要作用,对学习者和教师都具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:This article takes the impact of me tacognitive strategies on students' English listening learning as the topic, and systematically discusses the relevant knowledge of me tacognitive theory and strategies, the current situation and influencing factors of English listening learning, as well as the impact and mechanism of me tacognitive strategies on English listening learning. The article focuses on the application and empirical research of me tacognitive strategy theory in English listening learning, and conducts empirical research using experimental operations and data collection methods. The experimental results are analyzed and discussed. Research has shown that me tacognitive strategies have a significant promoting effect in English listening learning. By helping students understand and control their learning process, they improve learning effectiveness and autonomous learning ability, especially for learners with disabilities. This article comprehensively analyzes the important role of me tacognitive strategies in English listening learning, which has certain reference value for both learners and teachers.
