小型农户采用现代农机技术的障碍及策略研究
摘 要
随着农业现代化进程的加快，现代农机技术在提高生产效率、降低劳动强度方面的作用日益显著。然而，小型农户在采用这些技术时面临诸多障碍，如资金不足、技术认知有限、土地规模限制等。本研究旨在探讨小型农户采用现代农机技术的具体障碍，并提出相应的解决策略。通过对中国多个省份的小型农户进行问卷调查和深度访谈，结合定量与定性分析方法，研究发现资金短缺是主要障碍，其次是技术培训不足和土地分散经营模式。针对这些问题，本文提出了多层次的解决方案，包括政府补贴、金融机构创新贷款产品、合作社模式推广以及技术培训体系的完善。研究的创新点在于系统性地分析了小型农户采用现代农机技术的全过程障碍，并提出了基于多方协作的综合性策略。

RESEARCH ON THE OBSTACLES AND STRATEGIES OF SMALL FARMERS ADOPTING MODERN AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY TECHNOLOGY
ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of agricultural modernization, modern agricultural machinery technology plays an increasingly significant role in improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity. However, small farmers face many obstacles when adopting these technologies, such as insufficient funds, limited technology knowledge, land scale restrictions and so on. The aim of this study is to investigate the specific obstacles of adopting modern agricultural machinery technology for small farmers and propose corresponding solution strategies. Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with small farmers in many provinces in China, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the study found that fund shortage is the main obstacle, followed by insufficient technical training and decentralized land management model. To solve these problems, this paper proposes multi-level solutions, including government subsidies, innovative loan products of financial institutions, the promotion of cooperative model and the improvement of technical training system. The innovation point of the research lies in the systematic analysis of the whole process obstacles of small farmers adopting modern agricultural machinery technology, and put forward a comprehensive strategy based on multi-party collaboration.
