LED汽车前照灯的设计与研究
摘要
随着 LED技术的不断发展, LED已被应用于汽车照明领域。但由于 LED二次光学结构的特殊性,使得其在照明特性上与传统 LED有着本质区别,但当前车辆头灯存在着能量利用率较低、亮度不稳定、亮度均匀度较差、近场照明不清楚等问题。研究高效、高稳定性的 LED前照光源,对于提升 LED前照光源的光能利用效率,提升前照光源的色温特性具有重大的现实意义。在此基础上,开展双自由曲线 LED前照灯的设计与实验,实现双自由曲线 LED前照灯的设计与优化,实现双自由曲线 LED前照灯的设计与制造。

Abstract
With the continuous development of LED technology, LED has been applied in the field of automotive lighting. However, due to the unique secondary optical structure of LEDs, their lighting characteristics are fundamentally different from traditional LEDs. However, current vehicle headlights have problems such as low energy utilization, unstable brightness, poor brightness uniformity, and unclear near-field lighting. Studying efficient and highly stable LED headlights has significant practical significance for improving the efficiency of light energy utilization and enhancing the color temperature characteristics of LED headlights. On this basis, carry out the design and experiment of dual free curve LED headlights, achieve the design and optimization of dual free curve LED headlights, and achieve the design and manufacturing of dual free curve LED headlights.
