摘要
本文讨论了实现创新型小学英语教育的策略。首先，在教学方面，需要制定创新型教学策略，例如采用多媒体教学、游戏式教学等方式来激发学生兴趣和积极性。其次，针对教学效果进行评估，建立评估指标，定期进行效果评估，以不断改进教学策略和方法。最后，为了更好地支持教师教学和学生学习，建立学生评价反馈机制，及时了解师生反馈意见，并提供师资培训和支持机制。

Research on the strategies and paths of innovative primary English education
Abstract
This paper discusses the strategies to achieve innovative primary English education. First of all, in terms of teaching, innovative teaching strategies should be developed, such as multimedia teaching and game-based teaching to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm. Secondly, the teaching effect should be evaluated, evaluation indicators should be established, and the effect should be evaluated regularly, so as to continuously improve the teaching strategies and methods. Finally, in order to better support teachers' teaching and students' learning, establish a student evaluation feedback mechanism, timely understand the feedback of teachers and students, and provide teacher training and support mechanism.
