摘 要
随着中国经济的快速增长，食品安全问题日益受到人们的关注。政府已经颁布了一系列法律、规定来强化对食品安全的监督，其中刑事立法也对保障食品安全作出了规定。然而，在刑法对食品安全的保护过程中，仍然存在着一些缺陷，具体体现在刑法法律条款不精准、司法力量不足、食品安全监管体系缺乏以及社会信任和文化的缺乏。为了完善刑事法律体系，需要贯彻“法治”的思想，加强社会教育和宣传，完善相关法律法规，以及加强国际合作。食品安全问题是当今社会十分重要的问题，刑事法律对食品安全的保障具有保障人民群众身体健康和维护社会公共利益的重要意义，需要通过立法手段来加以改进。

Abstract
With the rapid growth of China's economy, the problem of food safety has been paid more and more attention. The government has issued a series of laws and regulations to strengthen the supervision of food safety, including criminal legislation to ensure food safety provisions. However, there are still some defects in the process of food safety protection in criminal law, which are embodied in the imprecision of criminal law provisions, the lack of judicial power, the lack of food safety supervision system and the lack of social trust and culture. In order to improve the criminal legal system, it is necessary to implement the idea of "rule of law", strengthen social education and publicity, improve relevant laws and regulations, and strengthen international cooperation. Food safety is a very important issue in today's society. Criminal law plays an important role in ensuring people's health and maintaining social public interests. It needs to be improved by legislative means.
