摘 要
随着科技的不断发展,智能制造技术在机械制造业中的应用变得越来越广泛。本论文从智能制造技术的基础理论出发,分析了智能制造的概述和关键技术,以及工业互联网、物联网、机器学习和人工智能在智能制造中的应用。此外,本文还结合实际情况,探讨了智能制造技术在机床、零部件和装备制造中的应用研究,并阐述了智能制造技术在机械制造业中所面临的风险及相应的对策。最后,本文得出结论:智能制造技术的应用在机械制造业中提高了生产效率和质量,但也需要注意网络安全风险、数据信任的保障和人才培养与管理等问题。

Abstract
With the continuous development of science and technology, the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the machinery manufacturing industry has become more and more extensive. Starting from the basic theory of intelligent manufacturing technology, this paper analyzes the overview and key technologies of intelligent manufacturing, as well as the application of industrial Internet, Internet of Things, machine learning and artificial intelligence in intelligent manufacturing. In addition, combined with the actual situation, this paper also discusses the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in machine tool, parts and equipment manufacturing, and expounds the risks faced by intelligent manufacturing technology in machinery manufacturing and corresponding countermeasures. Finally, this paper concludes that the application of intelligent manufacturing technology has improved production efficiency and quality in the machinery manufacturing industry, but it also needs to pay attention to network security risks, data trust protection and talent training and management.
