摘 要
疱疹病毒感染是一种常见的传染病,其治疗往往需要使用抗病毒药物。然而,随着抗病毒药物的广泛应用,疱疹病毒感染的耐药性问题日益突出,严重影响患者的治疗效果和生活质量。本综述从疱疹病毒的分型、致病机制、耐药机制和临床表现等角度出发,详细阐述了疱疹病毒感染耐药性的形成机制以及相关研究进展。应用基因分型法、细胞分子学和药物基因组学等多种研究方法进行研究可以更好地了解其发生机制,这为疱疹病毒的预防和治疗提供了更加科学、精准的指导。在预防方面,应强化基本预防措施,注重针对感染的风险人群进行防控,合理使用抗病毒药物,避免滥用和不当使用。在治疗方面,应根据病毒药物敏感性选用合适的抗病毒方法和药物组合,提高病毒耐药监测和评估水平。

Abstract
Herpesvirus infection is a common infectious disease whose treatment often requires the use of antiviral drugs. However, with the widespread use of antiviral drugs, the problem of drug resistance in herpes virus infections is becoming increasingly prominent, which seriously affects the treatment effect and quality of life of patients. From the perspective of herpes virus typing, pathogenic mechanism, drug resistance mechanism and clinical manifestations, this review elaborated on the formation mechanism of drug resistance in herpes virus infection. The application of genotyping, cellular molecule and pharmacogenomics and other research methods can better understand the occurrence mechanism, which provides more scientific and accurate guidance for the prevention and treatment of herpes viruses. In terms of prevention, basic preventive measures should be strengthened, attention should be paid to the prevention and control of people at risk of infection, antiviral drugs should be rationally used, and avoid abuse and improper use. In terms of treatment, appropriate antiviral methods and drug combinations should be selected according to the viral drug sensitivity to improve the monitoring and evaluation level of viral drug resistance.
