地方政府与企业合作的可行性研究
摘 要本文研究了地方政府与企业合作的可行性，并阐述了该领域的相关概念和理论基础。通过对地方政府与企业合作的问题进行提出与分析，得出政府资金和厂商技术支持不足，合作方式和模式不当以及合作风险难以控制等结论。针对这些问题，本文提出制定合作协议和规定、推行股权投资制度、加强合作交流和基础设施建设等优化对策。最后，通过对研究的结论和不足的总结，给出了相应的改进和展望。

Abstract
This paper studies the feasibility of cooperation between local government and enterprises, and expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis in this field. By proposing and analyzing the problems of cooperation between local governments and enterprises, it is concluded that government funds and technical support from manufacturers are insufficient, cooperation methods and modes are inappropriate and cooperation risks are difficult to control. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as formulating cooperation agreements and regulations, implementing equity investment system, strengthening cooperation and exchanges, and infrastructure construction. Finally, by summarizing the conclusions and shortcomings of the research, the corresponding improvements and prospects are given.
