AI(人工智能)时代会计人才培养模式研究
摘 要
本文分析了在人工智能时代下,会计职业出现的问题和挑战,并提出了优化对策,以期为会计人才培养提供参考。我们认为,会计人才的培养应该注重实践,将理论知识与实际操作相结合,培养学生在实际工作中的应变能力和解决问题的能力。由于人工智能技术的逐步应用,会计职业已经不再是单纯的数据收集和处理工作,更多的是需要运用人工智能技术进行数据分析和决策支持。因此,我们需要将实践教学纳入到会计人才的培养中,让学生掌握人工智能技术在会计领域的应用,提高自身的职业素养和能力。实践教学包括外出参观企业、实习、校企合作等可以让学生与企业实际业务接轨的形式,培养学生面对实际问题的能力和解决问题的能力,从而提高就业竞争力。总之,注重实践教学是会计人才培养模式的一个重要方向,在今后的会计人才培养中应该加强实践环节,使学生具备适应新时代的职业能力和素质,为行业发展做出贡献。

Research on Training Mode of accounting Talents in AI (Artificial Intelligence) era
Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems and challenges of accounting profession in the era of artificial intelligence, and puts forward the optimization countermeasures, in order to provide reference for the training of accounting talents. We believe that the training of accounting talents should focus on practice, combining theoretical knowledge with practical operation, so as to cultivate students' adaptability and problem-solving ability in practical work. Due to the gradual application of artificial intelligence technology, accounting profession is no longer a simple work of data collection and processing, but more needs to use artificial intelligence technology for data analysis and decision support. Therefore, we need to incorporate practical teaching into the training of accounting talents, so that students can master the application of artificial intelligence technology in the accounting field and improve their professional quality and ability. Practical teaching includes visiting enterprises, internships, school-enterprise cooperation and other forms that can connect students with the actual business of enterprises, so as to cultivate students' ability to face practical problems and solve problems, so as to improve their competitiveness in employment. In a word, focusing on practical teaching is an important direction of the training mode of accounting talents. In the future training of accounting talents, practical links should be strengthened to enable students to have the professional ability and quality to adapt to the new era and make contributions to the development of the industry.
