摘 要
随着建筑行业对效率与质量要求的不断提高,装配式建筑作为一种高效、环保的建造方式逐渐受到重视。然而,在实际施工过程中仍面临构件协调难、施工冲突频发及进度管理复杂等问题。为解决上述难题,本文以BIM技术为核心工具,开展对装配式建筑施工过程的优化研究。旨在通过BIM技术实现信息集成与全过程模拟,提升施工效率与管理水平。研究采用文献分析、案例实证与BIM建模相结合的方法,构建了涵盖设计、预制、运输与现场装配的协同管理模型,并基于某高层住宅项目进行应用验证。结果表明,BIM技术能够有效识别并规避施工冲突,优化构件运输与堆放路径,提升施工进度控制精度。本研究的创新点在于提出了一套融合多阶段数据的BIM协同管理流程,并开发了适用于装配式建筑的施工模拟平台原型。研究成果为装配式建筑的精细化管理提供了技术支持,推动了建筑工业化与信息化的深度融合,具有良好的应用前景与推广价值。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous increase in demands for efficiency and quality in the construction industry, prefabricated construction has gradually gained attention as an efficient and environmentally friendly building method. However, challenges such as coordination difficulties among components, frequent construction conflicts, and complex schedule management still exist in practical construction processes. To address these issues, this study conducts research on optimizing the construction process of prefabricated buildings using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology as the core tool. The ob jective is to enhance construction efficiency and management levels by leveraging BIM for information integration and full-process simulation. The research adopts a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and BIM modeling to construct a collaborative management model covering design, prefabrication, transportation, and on-site assembly. This model is then validated through application in a high-rise residential project. Results indicate that BIM technology can effectively identify and avoid construction conflicts, optimize transportation and stacking routes for components, and improve the accuracy of construction schedule control. The innovation of this study lies in proposing a BIM-based collaborative management workflow integrating multi-stage data and developing a prototype construction simulation platform suitable for prefabricated buildings. The research outcomes provide technical support for refined management in prefabricated construction, promoting the deep integration of construction industrialization and informatization, and demonstrating strong potential for application and promotion.
