摘 要
随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,超高层建筑日益增多,钢结构因其自重轻、强度高、施工速度快等优点被广泛应用于此类工程中。然而,超高层钢结构施工面临诸多技术难题,如高空作业风险大、结构变形控制难、节点连接复杂等问题,亟需系统研究与优化解决方案。本文旨在通过对典型超高层建筑钢结构施工过程的深入分析,探讨其关键施工技术及质量控制措施,提出具有可操作性的优化建议。合理选择吊装机械配置与吊装顺序可显著提高施工效率并降低安全风险;采用分段预拼装与三维激光扫描技术能有效提升安装精度;基于BIM技术的施工模拟与实时监测系统可实现全过程动态管理。本研究的创新点在于将信息化监测手段与传统施工工艺深度融合,提出了适用于复杂环境下的超高层钢结构施工成套技术方案。研究成果对提升我国超高层建筑钢结构施工技术水平、保障工程质量与安全具有重要实践价值和推广意义。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous advancement of urbanization in our country, the number of super high-rise buildings is increasing day by day. Steel structures are widely used in such projects due to their advantages such as light self-weight, high strength and fast construction speed. However, the construction of super high-rise steel structures is confronted with numerous technical challenges, such as high risks of high-altitude operations, difficulty in controlling structural deformation, and complex node connections, which urgently require systematic research and optimized solutions. This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the steel structure construction process of typical super high-rise buildings, explore its key construction techniques and quality control measures, and put forward operational optimization suggestions. Reasonable selection of the configuration of hoisting machinery and the hoisting sequence can significantly improve the construction efficiency and reduce the safety risks. The adoption of segmented pre-assembly and three-dimensional laser scanning technology can effectively improve the installation accuracy. The construction simulation and real-time monitoring system based on BIM technology can achieve dynamic management throughout the entire process. The innovation point of this research lies in the deep integration of information-based monitoring methods with traditional construction techniques, and proposes a complete set of technical solutions for the construction of super high-rise steel structures suitable for complex environments. The research results have significant practical value and promotional significance for enhancing the construction technology level of steel structures in super high-rise buildings in China and ensuring the quality and safety of the projects.
