Abstract

Grain conveying equipment tends to generate large amounts of dust during operation, posing a significant risk of dust explosion and seriously threatening production safety. In response to the existing dust explosion prevention technologies' issues such as delayed response and limited protection range, this paper proposes a series of improvement measures. The study aims to enhance the explosion-proof performance of grain conveying equipment by optimizing dust monitoring and suppression systems, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the production process. A combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification was employed to develop an intelligent early warning model based on real-time dust concentration monitoring, and a multi-point联动 explosion suppression device was designed to achieve rapid response and effective control of dust explosions. Experimental results indicate that the improved system can significantly reduce the response time of explosion suppression, lower the peak explosion pressure, and enhance overall explosion-proof efficiency. The main innovation of this research lies in the introduction of dynamic monitoring and intelligent control technologies, enabling a transition from passive defense to active intervention, thus providing a new technical approach for dust explosion prevention in grain conveying equipment. The findings of this study hold important practical significance and promotion value for improving the level of safe production in the grain processing industry.
