  元杂剧作为中国古典戏曲的重要组成部分,其"末本戏"作为一种独特的叙事形式,在性别表达与角色塑造方面具有重要研究价值。本研究旨在探讨元杂剧"末本戏"中性别叙事的特征及其文化意义,通过文本细读与比较分析方法,结合社会历史背景,深入剖析"末本戏"中男性视角下的女性形象建构及其性别权力关系。研究发现,"末本戏"在以男性为主导的叙事框架下,既展现了传统社会对女性角色的理想化期待,又在一定程度上揭示了女性主体意识的潜在觉醒。通过对具体剧目的分析,本文指出"末本戏"中的性别叙事并非单一的压迫性话语,而是在矛盾与张力中呈现出复杂的社会性别观念。本研究的创新点在于首次从性别叙事的角度系统考察"末本戏"的艺术特质与文化内涵,并提出"末本戏"在性别表达中兼具规范性与颠覆性的双重特征。这一结论不仅丰富了元杂剧的研究视角,也为理解中国传统戏曲中的性别议题提供了新的理论框架。

Abstract

  Yuan杂ju, as an essential component of classical Chinese opera, features "mo ben xi" as a unique narrative form that holds significant research value in terms of gender ex pression and character construction. This study aims to explore the characteristics and cultural significance of gender narratives in Yuan杂ju's "mo ben xi," employing close reading and comparative analysis while considering the socio-historical context. It delves into the construction of female characters and the gender power relations from a male perspective within "mo ben xi." The findings indicate that under a male-dominated narrative fr amework, "mo ben xi" not only reflects idealized societal expectations of female roles but also, to some extent, reveals the latent awakening of female subjectivity. Through the analysis of specific plays, this paper argues that the gender narratives in "mo ben xi" are not solely oppressive discourses but rather present complex social gender concepts through contradictions and tensions. The innovation of this study lies in its systematic examination of the artistic qualities and cultural implications of "mo ben xi" from the perspective of gender narratives, proposing that "mo ben xi" exhibits dual characteristics of normativity and subversion in gender ex pression. This conclusion not only enriches the research perspectives on Yuan杂ju but also provides a new theoretical fr amework for understanding gender issues in traditional Chinese opera.
