传统中药炮制工艺作为中医药学的重要组成部分,对药物疗效的发挥具有关键作用。本研究旨在探讨不同炮制方法对药效成分的影响及其机制,以期为优化中药炮制工艺提供科学依据。通过选取代表性中药材(如黄芩、白术等),采用现代分析技术(如高效液相色谱法和质谱分析)结合传统炮制方法(如炒制、蒸制、酒炙等),系统评估了炮制前后主要活性成分的含量变化及理化性质差异。研究发现,不同炮制方式显著影响药材中有效成分的提取率和稳定性,部分炮制过程可促进特定成分的转化或生成新的活性物质。此外,实验结果表明,适当的炮制工艺能够降低药物毒性并增强其药理作用。本研究创新性地将传统经验与现代分析手段相结合,揭示了中药炮制对药效成分的定量影响及其潜在机制,为中药现代化研究提供了重要参考。关键词:中药炮制; 药效成分; 活性转化; 现代分析技术; 毒性降低
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine processing technology, as an essential component of traditional Chinese medicine, plays a critical role in the efficacy of drugs. This study aims to investigate the effects of different processing methods on pharmacologically active components and their underlying mechanisms, thereby providing scientific evidence for optimizing the processing techniques of Chinese herbal medicines. By selecting representative Chinese medicinal herbs (such as Scutellaria baicalensis and Atractylodes macrocephala), modern analytical technologies (e.g., high-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry) were combined with traditional processing methods (e.g., stir-frying, steaming, and alcohol-processing) to systematically evaluate the changes in the content of major active ingredients and physicochemical properties before and after processing. The findings indicate that different processing methods significantly influence the extraction efficiency and stability of active compounds in the herbs, while some processes can facilitate the transformation of specific components or generate new bioactive substances. Furthermore, experimental results demonstrate that appropriate processing techniques can reduce drug toxicity and enhance pharmacological effects. This study innovatively integrates traditional empirical knowledge with modern analytical approaches, elucidating the quantitative impacts of processing on pharmacologically active components and their potential mechanisms, thus offering significant insights for the modernization of Chinese medicine research.
