摘 要
在全球经济环境不确定性增加和产业结构调整加速的背景下，企业转型升级已成为实现可持续发展的关键路径。本研究旨在探讨财务战略在企业转型升级中的作用及其具体实施机制。通过系统梳理国内外相关文献，结合案例分析与实证研究方法，选取了多个行业内的代表性企业作为研究对象，构建了以财务资源配置、风险控制及资本结构优化为核心的分析框架。研究发现，合理的财务战略能够有效引导资源分配，降低转型过程中的财务风险，并为企业提供稳定的资金支持。此外，动态调整资本结构有助于提升企业的灵活性与竞争力。

Abstract
In the context of increasing uncertainty in the global economic environment and accelerated industrial restructuring, corporate transformation and upgrading have become a critical path to achieving sustainable development. This study aims to explore the role of financial strategy in corporate transformation and upgrading, as well as its specific implementation mechanisms. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and combining case analysis with empirical research methods, representative companies from multiple industries were selected as research subjects. A core analytical fr amework centered on financial resource allocation, risk control, and capital structure optimization was constructed. The study found that a sound financial strategy can effectively guide resource allocation, reduce financial risks during the transformation process, and provide stable funding support for enterprises. Additionally, dynamically adjusting the capital structure helps enhance the flexibility and competitiveness of enterprises.
