摘 要
软土地基广泛分布于沿海地区,其低承载力和高沉降特性对建筑工程构成了重大挑战。为解决这一问题,本研究以沿海地区典型软土地基为对象,系统探讨了多种软土地基处理技术的应用效果及其优化策略。研究旨在通过科学分析和技术改进,提升软土地基的工程性能,从而保障沿海地区建筑的安全性和稳定性。基于现场调研、实验室试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,本文重点评估了预压法、桩基法及复合地基法等主流技术在不同地质条件下的适用性与经济性,并提出了一种基于多参数耦合分析的地基处理方案优化模型。研究结果表明,预压法在短期施工条件下可显著改善地基固结程度,而桩基法和复合地基法则在复杂地质环境中表现出更高的稳定性和承载能力。此外,创新性地引入了动态监测技术,实现了对地基处理过程的实时反馈与调整,有效降低了施工风险。本研究的主要贡献在于提出了适用于沿海地区软土地基处理的综合评价体系,并通过案例验证了其可行性和优越性,为类似工程提供了重要的理论支持和技术参考。

ABSTRACT
Soft soil foundations are widely distributed in coastal areas, and their low bearing capacity and high settlement characteristics pose significant challenges to construction projects. To address this issue, this study focuses on typical soft soil foundations in coastal regions, systematically investigating the application effects and optimization strategies of various soft soil foundation treatment technologies. The aim is to enhance the engineering performance of soft soil foundations through scientific analysis and technical improvements, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of constructions in coastal areas. By integrating field surveys, laboratory experiments, and numerical simulations, this paper evaluates the applicability and cost-effectiveness of mainstream techniques such as preloading, pile foundation methods, and composite foundation methods under different geological conditions. A foundation treatment optimization model based on multiparameter coupling analysis is proposed. The results indicate that preloading significantly improves foundation consolidation under short-term construction conditions, while pile foundation and composite foundation methods demonstrate superior stability and bearing capacity in complex geological environments. Furthermore, dynamic monitoring technology is innovatively introduced to achieve real-time feedback and adjustments during the foundation treatment process, effectively reducing construction risks. The primary contribution of this study lies in the development of a comprehensive evaluation system for soft soil foundation treatment in coastal areas, which has been validated through case studies to demonstrate its feasibility and superiority, providing crucial theoretical support and technical references for similar projects.
