摘 要
在平台化战略日益成为企业核心竞争力来源的背景下，本文聚焦于企业财务生态系统的构建与演化机制研究，旨在探索平台化战略下企业财务生态系统如何形成、发展并实现可持续运行。研究以平台经济学、复杂适应系统理论和财务管理理论为基础，结合定性分析与定量建模方法，深入剖析了企业财务生态系统的关键构成要素及其相互作用机制。通过案例研究与实证分析，本文揭示了平台化战略对企业财务生态系统的影响路径，并提出了基于动态平衡的财务生态系统优化框架。研究表明，企业财务生态系统的核心在于通过资源整合与价值共创实现多方共赢，其演化过程受到技术进步、市场环境及治理机制等多重因素的共同驱动。本文的主要创新点在于首次将财务生态系统概念引入平台化战略研究领域，构建了包含主体互动、资源流动与价值分配的多层次分析模型，为理解企业财务生态系统的动态特性提供了新视角。此外，研究还为企业在平台化转型过程中如何设计合理的财务策略以促进生态系统的健康发展提供了理论支持与实践指导，从而丰富了平台经济与财务管理交叉领域的学术研究，也为企业的战略决策提供了重要参考依据。

Abstract
In the context where platform-based strategies are increasingly becoming a source of core competitiveness for enterprises, this study focuses on the construction and evolution mechanisms of corporate financial ecosystems, aiming to explore how such ecosystems form, develop, and achieve sustainable operation under platform-based strategies. Grounded in platform economics, complex adaptive systems theory, and financial management theory, this research combines qualitative analysis with quantitative modeling methods to thoroughly examine the key components of corporate financial ecosystems and their interaction mechanisms. Through case studies and empirical analyses, the study reveals the influence pathways of platform-based strategies on corporate financial ecosystems and proposes an optimization fr amework based on dynamic equilibrium. The findings indicate that the essence of corporate financial ecosystems lies in achieving mutual benefits through resource integration and value co-creation, with their evolutionary processes being jointly driven by multiple factors such as technological advancements, market environments, and governance mechanisms. A primary innovation of this study is the first introduction of the concept of financial ecosystems into the field of platform-based strategy research, constructing a multi-level analytical model that encompasses主体 interaction, resource flow, and value distribution, thereby providing a new perspective for understanding the dynamic characteristics of corporate financial ecosystems. Furthermore, this research offers theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises on designing appropriate financial strategies during their platform-based transformation to promote the healthy development of financial ecosystems, thus enriching academic studies at the intersection of platform economy and financial management and providing significant reference for strategic decision-making in enterprises.
