摘 要
随着无线网络的广泛应用,通信安全问题日益凸显,其中入侵检测技术成为保障网络安全的重要手段。本研究旨在探讨入侵检测技术在无线网络环境中的应用效果及其优化策略,以应对日益复杂的网络攻击威胁。研究基于当前无线通信技术的发展现状,分析了传统入侵检测方法在无线场景下的局限性,并提出了一种融合机器学习算法与行为分析模型的新型入侵检测框架。通过实验验证,该框架能够显著提升对隐蔽性攻击的识别率,同时降低误报率。研究结果表明,结合深度学习的特征提取能力和实时监测机制,可以有效增强无线网络的安全防护能力。本研究的主要创新点在于提出了适用于动态无线环境的自适应检测算法,并首次将情境感知技术引入入侵检测系统设计中,为未来无线网络安全提供了新的思路和技术支持。研究成果对提高无线通信系统的安全性具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract
With the widespread application of wireless networks, communication security issues have become increasingly prominent, and intrusion detection technology has emerged as a critical means to ensure network security. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of intrusion detection techniques in wireless network environments and explore optimization strategies to address the growing complexity of network attack threats. Based on the current development status of wireless communication technologies, this research analyzes the limitations of traditional intrusion detection methods in wireless scenarios and proposes a novel intrusion detection fr amework that integrates machine learning algorithms with behavior analysis models. Experimental validation demonstrates that this fr amework significantly enhances the detection rate of stealthy attacks while reducing false positives. The results indicate that combining the feature extraction capabilities of deep learning with real-time monitoring mechanisms can effectively strengthen the security protection of wireless networks. A key innovation of this study lies in the proposal of an adaptive detection algorithm tailored for dynamic wireless environments and the first integration of context-aware technology into intrusion detection system design, offering new insights and technical support for future wireless network security. The findings hold significant theoretical and practical implications for improving the security of wireless communication systems.
