摘 要
金庸武侠小说作为中国现代通俗文学的重要组成部分，其构建的“江湖”世界不仅是侠义精神的文化载体，也蕴含了丰富的伦理观念和社会价值体系。本研究以金庸武侠小说中的江湖伦理为核心，探讨其形成背景、表现形式及文化意义，旨在揭示江湖伦理对个体行为规范与社会秩序建构的影响。研究采用文本分析法，结合社会学、伦理学和文化研究的理论视角，对金庸作品中的人物关系、道德选择及价值冲突进行系统梳理与深入剖析。研究发现，江湖伦理具有多层次性，既包含传统儒家思想中的仁义礼智信，又融合了道家的自然无为与墨家的兼爱非攻，形成了独特的伦理框架。同时，江湖伦理在强调个人自由与群体责任之间实现了动态平衡，展现了复杂的人性观与社会观。本研究的创新点在于突破了以往对武侠小说单纯娱乐性的解读，从伦理学角度重新审视江湖文化的深层内涵，并揭示其对当代社会道德建设的启示意义。

A Study of the Ethical Code in Jin Yong's Wuxia Novels

Abstract
Jin Yong's Wuxia novels, as an important part of modern Chinese popular literature, construct the "Jianghu" world, which is not only the cultural carrier of chivalrous spirit, but also contains rich ethical concepts and social value system. This study takes Jianghu ethics in Jin Yong's wuxia novels as the core, explores its formation background, forms of ex pression and cultural significance, and aims to reveal the influence of Jianghu ethics on the construction of individual behavior norms and social order. The research adopts the text analysis method and combines the theoretical perspectives of sociology, ethics and cultural studies to systematically sort out and deeply analyze the character relationships, moral choices and value conflicts in Jin Yong's works. It is found that Jianghu ethics have many levels, including the traditional Confucian thought of benevolence, justice, propriity, wisdom and faith, and the combination of Taoism's natural non-action and Mohism's universal love and non-attack, forming a unique ethical fr amework. At the same time, Jianghu ethics achieves a dynamic balance between individual freedom and group responsibility, showing a complex view of human nature and society. The innovation of this study lies in breaking through the previous interpretation of the simple entertainment of Wuxia novels, re-examining the deep connotation of Jianghu culture from the perspective of ethics, and revealing its enlightenment significance to the moral construction of contemporary society.
