摘要
在当今经济全球化与技术创新加速的背景下，创业企业作为推动经济增长和产业升级的重要力量，其成长过程中的资源获取与配置策略成为学术界和实践领域的研究热点。本研究旨在探讨创业企业在不同成长阶段如何有效获取和配置关键资源以实现可持续发展。通过构建理论框架并结合案例分析与问卷调查，研究选取了多个行业内的典型创业企业进行深入剖析，共收集有效样本327份。研究发现，创业企业的资源获取能力与其网络关系、知识积累及战略定位密切相关，而资源配置效率则受到组织灵活性和决策机制的影响。此外，动态调整资源获取与配置策略能够显著提升企业的适应能力和竞争力。本研究的创新点在于将资源基础观与动态能力理论相结合，提出了适用于创业企业的“资源-能力匹配模型”，为相关理论提供了新的视角。同时，研究结果对创业企业管理者制定资源管理策略具有重要指导意义，有助于优化资源配置路径，提高企业成长绩效。总体而言，本研究不仅丰富了创业管理领域的理论内涵，也为实践提供了可操作的参考框架。

Abstract
In the context of economic globalization and accelerating technological innovation, entrepreneurial firms, as a critical force driving economic growth and industrial upgrading, have drawn significant attention in both academic and practical domains regarding their strategies for resource acquisition and allocation during the growth process. This study aims to explore how entrepreneurial firms effectively obtain and allocate key resources at different stages of development to achieve sustainable growth. By constructing a theoretical fr amework and integrating case analysis with questionnaire surveys, this research conducts an in-depth examination of representative entrepreneurial firms across multiple industries, collecting 327 valid samples. The findings reveal that the resource acquisition capability of entrepreneurial firms is closely associated with their network relationships, knowledge accumulation, and strategic positioning, while the efficiency of resource allocation is influenced by organizational flexibility and decision-making mechanisms. Furthermore, dynamically adjusting resource acquisition and allocation strategies significantly enhances the adaptability and competitiveness of firms. A notable contribution of this study lies in its integration of the resource-based view and dynamic capabilities theory, proposing a "resource-capability alignment model" tailored for entrepreneurial firms, which offers a novel perspective to relevant theories. Additionally, the research findings provide essential guidance for managerial practitioners in formulating resource management strategies, facilitating optimized resource allocation pathways and improving firm growth performance. Overall, this study not only enriches the theoretical underpinnings of entrepreneurial management but also provides a practical and actionable reference fr amework for real-world applications.
