摘 要
随着信息技术的快速发展,智能物流系统逐渐成为供应链管理领域的重要研究方向。本研究旨在探讨智能物流系统在供应链管理中的应用及其对效率、成本和可持续性的影响。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,本文选取了多个典型企业作为研究对象,深入分析其智能物流系统的实施过程及效果。研究表明,智能物流系统能够显著提升供应链的整体运作效率,降低运营成本,并优化资源配置。特别是在需求预测、库存管理和运输调度等方面,智能化技术的应用展现了突出优势。此外,研究发现智能物流系统还能够促进供应链的绿色转型,减少碳排放并提高资源利用率。本文的创新点在于将智能物流系统的功能与供应链管理的具体场景紧密结合,提出了一个适用于多行业评估的框架模型。这一框架不仅为企业的决策提供了科学依据,也为未来智能物流系统的发展指明了方向。总体而言,智能物流系统的引入标志着供应链管理模式的重大变革,其广泛推广将对全球经济和环境产生深远影响。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, intelligent logistics systems have gradually become a significant research focus in the field of supply chain management. This study aims to explore the application of intelligent logistics systems in supply chain management and their impacts on efficiency, cost, and sustainability. By employing a combination of literature review and case analysis, this paper selects several typical enterprises as research subjects, conducting an in-depth analysis of the implementation process and outcomes of their intelligent logistics systems. The findings indicate that intelligent logistics systems can substantially enhance the overall operational efficiency of supply chains, reduce operating costs, and optimize resource allocation. In particular, the application of intelligent technologies in demand forecasting, inventory management, and transportation scheduling demonstrates remarkable advantages. Moreover, the study reveals that intelligent logistics systems can facilitate the green transformation of supply chains by reducing carbon emissions and improving resource utilization. A key innovation of this paper lies in integrating the functions of intelligent logistics systems with specific scenarios of supply chain management, proposing a fr amework model applicable for multi-industry evaluation. This fr amework not only provides scientific support for corporate decision-making but also outlines a direction for the future development of intelligent logistics systems. Overall, the introduction of intelligent logistics systems signifies a major transformation in supply chain management paradigms, and their widespread adoption is expected to have profound implications for both the global economy and the environment.
