摘要
免疫治疗作为肿瘤治疗领域的重大突破，显著提升了患者的生存率，但其伴随的副作用对患者的生活质量产生了重要影响。为提高护理效果，本研究旨在探索针对免疫治疗副作用的预见性护理策略。研究采用前瞻性队列设计，选取120例接受免疫治疗的患者，通过系统评估患者的临床特征和免疫相关不良事件风险，制定个体化的预见性护理方案，并与常规护理组进行对比分析。结果显示，预见性护理组患者的免疫相关不良事件发生率显著降低，症状控制满意度明显提升，且治疗依从性显著优于对照组。本研究创新性地将风险评估模型融入护理实践，实现了从被动应对到主动预防的转变，为优化免疫治疗患者的护理模式提供了新思路。研究成果强调了预见性护理在改善患者预后中的重要作用，具有重要的临床推广价值。关键词：免疫治疗；预见性护理；不良事件；风险评估；护理模式优化
Predictive Nursing Care for Immunotherapy Side Effects
Abstract
Immunotherapy, as a major breakthrough in oncology, has significantly improved patient survival rates; however, its associated side effects have important implications for patients' quality of life. To enhance nursing efficacy, this study aimed to explore proactive nursing strategies targeting the side effects of immunotherapy. A prospective cohort design was employed, involving 120 patients undergoing immunotherapy. Through systematic evaluation of clinical characteristics and risks of immune-related adverse events, individualized proactive nursing plans were developed and compared with conventional care. The results demonstrated that the incidence of immune-related adverse events was significantly reduced in the proactive nursing group, with markedly improved symptom control satisfaction and treatment adherence compared to the control group. This study innovatively integrated a risk assessment model into nursing practice, facilitating a shift from reactive management to proactive prevention, thereby providing new insights into optimizing nursing models for patients receiving immunotherapy. The findings underscore the critical role of proactive nursing in improving patient outcomes and hold significant potential for clinical application.
