摘 要
随着经济全球化和市场竞争加剧，企业资金管理面临前所未有的挑战与机遇，资金管理效率成为影响企业竞争力的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨提升企业资金管理效率的路径，基于现代财务管理理论，结合我国企业实际情况，通过文献分析、案例研究和实证分析等方法展开深入研究。研究发现，优化资金预算编制流程，构建科学合理的资金预算体系是提升资金管理效率的基础；强化现金流管理，建立动态监控机制，可以有效提高资金流动性管理水平；完善内部控制制度，加强风险管理，有助于保障资金安全并降低财务风险；利用信息技术手段，如大数据、云计算等新兴技术，实现智能化资金管理，可显著提升资金运营效率。

Abstract
With the intensification of economic globalization and market competition, enterprise capital management is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities, and the efficiency of capital management has become the key factor affecting the competitiveness of enterprises. This study aims to explore the path to improve the efficiency of enterprise fund management. Based on modern financial management theory, combined with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises, through literature analysis, case study and empirical analysis. It is found that optimizing the fund budget preparation process and constructing a scientific and reasonable fund budget system is the basis for improving the efficiency of fund management; strengthening the cash flow management and establishing dynamic monitoring mechanism can effectively improve the level of capital liquidity management; improving the internal control system, strengthening risk management, helping to guarantee fund security and reduce financial risk, such as big data, cloud computing, can significantly improve the efficiency of capital operation.Keyword:Funds Management Efficiency Cash Flow Management Intelligent Funds Management
