Abstract

With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the continuous growth in vehicle ownership, a scientifically sound and reasonable vehicle maintenance strategy plays a crucial role in extending vehicle service life, enhancing performance, and reducing maintenance costs. This study focuses on optimizing vehicle maintenance intervals and improving vehicle performance by integrating real-world operational data with theoretical analytical models, proposing a multi-factor dynamic evaluation-based maintenance interval optimization method. By collecting vehicle operation parameters and incorporating machine learning algorithms, a vehicle performance degradation prediction model was established, providing precise maintenance recommendations for different vehicle models under diverse usage conditions. The results indicate that this optimization approach can effectively reduce unnecessary maintenance instances by approximately 20% while significantly improving long-term vehicle operational stability. Additionally, this research introduces performance recovery strategies for critical components, further enhancing overall vehicle performance. The innovation lies in combining big data analytics with traditional maintenance experience to offer new insights into personalized maintenance plan design, with its findings holding significant reference value for the automotive industry in establishing intelligent maintenance standards.
