摘 要
铁凝作为当代中国文坛的重要作家，其作品中对女性成长主题的深刻探讨具有重要的文学价值和社会意义。本研究以铁凝笔下的女性成长为主题，旨在揭示其作品中女性角色在社会变迁中的心理蜕变与身份重塑过程。研究基于文本细读与女性主义理论分析相结合的方法，选取《大浴女》《玫瑰门》等代表性作品为案例，系统梳理了女性角色的成长轨迹及其背后的文化意蕴。研究表明，铁凝通过细腻的叙事手法展现了女性在传统与现代、家庭与自我之间的复杂抉择，同时凸显了女性主体意识觉醒的重要性。本研究的创新点在于将女性成长置于社会历史语境中进行动态考察，不仅深化了对铁凝创作思想的理解，也为当代女性文学研究提供了新的视角和方法论借鉴。最终结论指出，铁凝的作品不仅是女性个体成长的写照，更是时代变迁下性别关系重构的深刻反思。

Abstract
Tie Ning, as a significant writer in contemporary Chinese literature, has made profound explorations of female growth in her works, which hold important literary value and social significance. This study focuses on the theme of female growth depicted by Tie Ning, aiming to reveal the psychological transformation and identity reconstruction of female characters in the context of social change. By combining close textual reading with feminist theoretical analysis, representative works such as "The Big Bath Woman" and "Rose Gate" are selected as case studies to systematically trace the growth trajectories of female characters and the cultural implications behind them. The findings indicate that Tie Ning, through her delicate narrative techniques, portrays the complex choices women face between tradition and modernity, family and selfhood, while highlighting the importance of the awakening of female subjectivity. The innovation of this study lies in dynamically examining female growth within its socio-historical context, which not only deepens the understanding of Tie Ning's creative thought but also provides new perspectives and methodological references for contemporary research on women’s literature. The final conclusion suggests that Tie Ning's works are not merely reflections of individual female growth but also profound contemplations on the reconstruction of gender relations under the backdrop of an evolving era.
