摘    要

  本研究针对当前电力系统故障诊断与预警的需求,提出了一种基于大数据的电力系统故障诊断与预警系统。在电力系统日益复杂且数据规模不断扩大的背景下,传统故障诊断方法已难以应对,因此本研究旨在通过大数据技术提高故障诊断的准确性和预警的时效性。研究方法上,我们结合了数据挖掘、机器学习以及深度学习等多种技术,构建了一个全面的故障诊断与预警模型。通过对海量历史数据进行特征提取和模式识别,模型能够自动学习并识别出电力系统中的异常行为和故障模式。实验结果表明,该模型在故障诊断准确率上较传统方法提升了20%,同时在预警时效性方面也有显著改善,能够提前数小时预测潜在故障。本研究的创新点在于将大数据技术与电力系统故障诊断相结合,实现了故障的快速准确识别和预警,为电力系统的稳定运行提供了有力支持。

Abstract 
  This study proposes a big data-based fault diagnosis and early warning system for power systems, aiming to address the current demands of fault diagnosis and early warning in this field. Given the increasing complexity of power systems and the expanding scale of data, traditional fault diagnosis methods have become inadequate. Therefore, this research seeks to enhance the accuracy of fault diagnosis and the timeliness of early warnings through the application of big data technology. Methodologically, we integrate various techniques such as data mining, machine learning, and deep learning to construct a comprehensive model for fault diagnosis and early warning. By performing feature extraction and pattern recognition on massive historical data, the model is capable of automatically learning and identifying abnormal behaviors and fault patterns within the power system. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves a 20% improvement in fault diagnosis accuracy compared to traditional methods. Additionally, it significantly enhances early warning timeliness, enabling the prediction of potential faults several hours ahead. The innovation of this study lies in the combination of big data technology with power system fault diagnosis, facilitating rapid and accurate fault identification and early warning, thereby providing strong support for the stable operation of power systems.
