基于PLC的十字路口交通信号灯设计
摘 要
本研究针对当前城市交通信号灯控制系统的需求,提出了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的十字路口交通信号灯设计方案。随着城市交通拥堵问题的日益严重,传统的交通信号灯控制系统已无法满足现代城市交通的复杂需求。因此,本研究旨在通过引入PLC技术,提高交通信号灯控制系统的智能化和灵活性,以优化交通流量,减少拥堵现象。为实现这一目标,我们采用了先进的PLC编程技术,结合传感器和监控设备,构建了一个智能的交通信号灯控制系统。该系统能够实时监测路口交通状况,根据车流量动态调整信号灯的配时方案。我们通过编程实现了对信号灯状态的精确控制,包括红灯、绿灯和黄灯的切换时间,以及左转、直行和右转信号的协调。实验结果表明,基于PLC的交通信号灯控制系统在实际应用中表现出色。与传统系统相比,该系统显著提高了交通效率,减少了车辆等待时间,有效缓解了交通拥堵。此外,该系统还具备较高的稳定性和可靠性,能够在各种恶劣天气条件下正常运行。

Abstract
According to the current demand of the urban traffic signal light control system, this paper presents a cross road traffic signal light design scheme based on the programmable logic controller (PLC). With the increasingly serious problem of urban traffic congestion, the traditional traffic signal light control system has been unable to meet the complex demands of modern urban traffic. Therefore, this study aims to improve the intelligence and flexibility of the traffic signal light control system by introducing PLC technology to optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion. To achieve this goal, we have adopted the advanced PLC programming technology, combined with sensors and monitoring equipment, to build an intelligent traffic signal light control system. The system can monitor the traffic conditions at the intersection in real time and adjust the timing scheme of the signal light according to the traffic flow. We programmed to achieve precise control of the signal light state, including switching times for red, green and yellow lights, as well as coordination of left turn, straight line and right turn signals. The experimental results show that the traffic signal control system based on PLC performs well in practical applications. Compared with the traditional system, the system significantly improves traffic efficiency, reduces vehicle waiting time, and effectively alleviates traffic congestion. In addition, the system also has high stability and reliability, and can operate normally in various severe weather conditions.
