摘 要
随着教育改革的深入推进,教师专业发展已成为提升教育质量的关键环节,而校本培训课程作为促进教师成长的重要途径,其开发与管理策略亟需系统研究。本研究旨在探讨小学校本培训课程的设计、实施与优化方法,以提高教师的专业素养和教学能力。深入分析当前校本培训课程存在的问题,如内容单一、形式固化及评价机制不完善等,并提出针对性解决方案。研究结果表明,构建以需求为导向、注重个性化发展的培训体系,能够有效激发教师参与的积极性;同时,引入多元评价机制和信息化管理手段,可显著提升培训效果与管理效率。本研究的创新点在于将教师发展需求与学校实际紧密结合,提出了“分层分类”的培训模式,并设计了基于大数据的动态管理体系,为校本培训课程的科学化、规范化提供了理论支持与实践参考,对推动小学教师专业化发展具有重要意义。

Development and Management Strategies of School-Based Training Programs in Primary Schools
Abstract
With the deepening of education reform, teacher professional development has become a key link to improve the quality of education. As an important way to promote the growth of teachers, school-based training curriculum needs systematic research on its development and management strategies. The purpose of this study is to explore the design, implementation and optimization methods of school-based training courses in primary schools in order to improve teachers' professional quality and teaching ability. It deeply analyzes the existing problems of the current school-based training courses, such as single content, rigid form and imperfect evaluation mechanism, and puts forward targeted solutions. The results show that building a demand-oriented and individualized training system can effectively stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for participation. At the same time, the introduction of multiple evaluation mechanism and information management means can significantly improve the training effect and management efficiency. The innovation of this study is to closely combine the development needs of teachers with the actual situation of schools, propose a "hierarchical classification" training model, and design a dynamic management system based on big data, which provides theoretical support and practical reference for the scientific and standardized school-based training curriculum, and is of great significance for promoting the professional development of primary school teachers.
