小学家校合作共育的新模式与沟通机制研究




摘 要

  在家校合作日益受到关注的背景下,本研究聚焦小学阶段家校共育的新模式与沟通机制,旨在探索提升教育质量的有效路径。研究基于社会建构主义理论和生态系统理论,通过问卷调查、深度访谈及案例分析等多元方法,系统考察了当前家校合作的现状、问题及其影响因素。研究发现,传统家校沟通存在信息不对称、参与度不均衡及目标导向模糊等问题,而数字化工具的应用为优化沟通机制提供了新契机。本研究提出以“协同育人”为核心理念的新型家校合作模式,强调家庭与学校在教育目标设定、资源分配及评价反馈中的双向互动,并构建了包含目标明确化、过程结构化和效果可视化的沟通框架。研究结果表明,该模式能够显著增强家长的参与感与责任感,同时促进学生全面发展。本研究的主要贡献在于创新性地整合了数字化技术与教育实践,提出了具有可操作性的家校合作路径,为相关政策制定和实践改进提供了理论支持与实证依据。

New Models and Communication Mechanisms in Elementary School-Parent Collaboration for Co-Education

Abstract

  In the context of increasing attention to home-school cooperation, this study focuses on new models and communication mechanisms of collaborative education in primary schools, aiming to explore effective pathways to enhance educational quality. Grounded in social constructivism and ecological systems theory, the research employs a multi-method approach, including questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and case analysis, to systematically examine the current status, issues, and influencing factors of home-school collaboration. The findings reveal that traditional home-school communication suffers from problems such as information asymmetry, uneven participation, and vague goal orientation, while the application of digital tools offers new opportunities for optimizing communication mechanisms. This study proposes a novel model of home-school cooperation centered on the concept of "collaborative education," emphasizing bidirectional interaction between families and schools in setting educational goals, allocating resources, and providing evaluative feedback. A communication fr amework is constructed, featuring goal clarification, process structuring, and outcome visualization. The results indicate that this model significantly enhances parental engagement and responsibility while promoting students' holistic development. The primary contribution of this study lies in its innovative integration of digital technology with educational practice, proposing an actionable path for home-school cooperation that provides theoretical support and empirical evidence for policy formulation and practical improvement.
