摘 要：小学教师作为基础教育的重要力量，其心理健康与职业状态直接影响学生的发展和教育质量。然而，随着教育改革的深入及社会对教育期望的提高，小学教师的职业倦怠问题日益凸显。本研究以小学教师职业倦怠为切入点，旨在探讨其成因并提出有效的应对措施。基于此，本研究提出了针对性的干预策略，包括优化学校管理机制、加强心理支持体系建设以及提升教师职业认同感。创新点在于将社会生态系统理论引入职业倦怠研究，从个体、组织和社会三个层面构建综合干预模型，为缓解小学教师职业倦怠提供了新思路。研究成果不仅有助于改善教师的职业生活质量，也为教育管理部门制定相关政策提供了科学依据。

Abstract：As an important force of basic education, primary school teachers 'mental health and occupational status directly influence the students' development and the quality of education. However, with the deepening of educational reform and the improvement of social expectations for education, the job burnout problem of primary school teachers has become increasingly prominent. This study used burnout in primary school teachers to explore the causes and propose effective countermeasures. Based on this, this study proposed targeted intervention strategies, including optimizing the school management mechanism, strengthening the construction of psychological support system, and enhancing teachers' professional identity. The innovation point is to introduce the theory of social ecosystem into the research of job burnout, and to build a comprehensive intervention model from the three levels of individual, organization and society, which provides a new idea for alleviating the job burnout of primary school teachers. The research results can not only help to improve the professional life quality of teachers, but also provide a scientific basis for the education management departments to formulate relevant policies.
