中小企业员工薪酬满意度调查与分析
摘 要
随着经济环境的快速变化和市场竞争的日益加剧,中小企业在发展过程中面临着诸多挑战,其中员工薪酬满意度作为影响企业人力资源管理效率的重要因素,逐渐成为学术界和实践领域的研究热点。本研究旨在通过系统性调查与分析,探讨中小企业员工对薪酬体系的满意度现状及其影响因素,为优化薪酬管理策略提供科学依据。研究采用问卷调查法,选取我国东部、中部和西部地区的300家中小企业作为样本,共收集有效问卷1500份,并结合描述性统计分析、因子分析和回归分析等方法进行深入探讨。结果显示,当前中小企业员工对薪酬水平、薪酬结构和薪酬公平性的满意度普遍较低,且不同地区、行业和岗位之间的满意度存在显著差异。进一步分析表明,薪酬透明度、绩效考核机制以及职业发展机会是影响员工薪酬满意度的关键因素。

Abstract
With the rapid change of economic environment and the increasingly intensified market competition, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing many challenges in the development process, among which employee salary satisfaction, as an important factor affecting the efficiency of enterprise human resource management, has gradually become a research hotspot in academic and practical fields. This study aims to explore the current situation of employees' satisfaction with salary system in SMEs and its influencing factors through systematic investigation and analysis, so as to provide scientific basis for optimizing salary management strategies. In the study, 300 small and medium-sized enterprises in eastern, central and western China were selected as samples. A total of 1500 valid questionnaires were collected, and desc riptive statistical analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis were combined. The results show that the satisfaction of the salary level, salary structure and salary fairness is generally low, and the satisfaction varies significantly between different regions, industries and positions. Further analysis shows that salary transparency, performance appraisal mechanism and career development opportunities are the key factors affecting employee salary satisfaction.
