小学班主任班级管理中班级文化的建设研究

随着教育理念的不断更新,班级文化作为班级管理的重要组成部分,在促进学生全面发展和塑造良好班集体方面发挥着关键作用。本研究以小学班主任在班级管理中如何有效构建班级文化为切入点,旨在探索班级文化建设的理论框架与实践路径。研究采用质性研究方法,通过深度访谈、课堂观察及案例分析等方式,收集并分析了来自不同地区15位小学班主任的实际经验与挑战。研究发现,班级文化的建设需以学生为中心,注重价值观引导、环境营造和活动设计的有机结合,并强调班主任在其中的核心引领作用。此外,数字化工具的应用为班级文化的创新表达提供了新途径。研究表明,成功的班级文化建设不仅能够提升学生的归属感与责任感,还能显著优化班级管理效果,促进师生关系和谐发展。本研究的创新点在于首次系统梳理了小学阶段班级文化建设的关键要素,并提出了具有可操作性的实施策略,为一线教师提供了理论支持与实践参考,对推动小学教育质量提升具有重要意义。

Abstract

With the continuous updating of educational concepts, class culture, as an essential component of class management, plays a critical role in promoting students' overall development and shaping positive class communities. This study focuses on how primary school head teachers effectively construct class culture in their management practices, aiming to explore the theoretical fr amework and practical pathways for building class culture. A qualitative research approach was adopted, utilizing in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and case analyses to collect and analyze the practical experiences and challenges faced by 15 primary school head teachers from different regions. The findings indicate that the construction of class culture should be student-centered, emphasizing the organic integration of value guidance, environmental creation, and activity design, while highlighting the core leadership role of head teachers. Furthermore, the application of digital tools provides new avenues for the innovative ex pression of class culture. The study demonstrates that successful class culture construction can enhance students' sense of belonging and responsibility, significantly optimize class management outcomes, and foster harmonious teacher-student relationships. The innovation of this research lies in its systematic identification of key elements in class culture construction during the primary school stage and the proposal of actionable implementation strategies, offering both theoretical support and practical references for frontline educators. This contributes significantly to improving the quality of primary education.
