摘 要
随着全球对可持续发展的关注日益增强,绿色制造工艺作为实现环境友好型生产的重要途径,已成为机械加工领域的研究热点。本研究旨在探讨绿色制造工艺在提升机械加工效率中的作用与机制,通过引入低能耗、高资源利用率的加工技术,优化传统制造流程中的能源消耗和废弃物排放问题。研究采用理论分析与实验验证相结合的方法,选取典型机械加工场景为案例,系统评估了绿色制造工艺在减少能耗、提高材料利用率及缩短加工周期等方面的潜力。结果表明,通过应用先进的切削技术、冷却润滑策略以及智能化监控手段,可显著降低单位产品的能耗水平,并将加工效率提升约15%-20%。此外,研究还发现绿色制造工艺能够有效减少废料产生,从而降低整体生产成本。本研究的创新点在于首次提出了一种综合评价模型,用于量化绿色制造工艺对机械加工效率的影响,并结合实际生产数据验证了其可行性和有效性。这一成果不仅为机械加工行业提供了新的技术参考,也为推动绿色制造理念的实际应用奠定了理论基础,具有重要的学术价值和实践意义。

Abstract
With the growing global attention to sustainable development, green manufacturing processes, as a critical pathway to achieving environmentally friendly production, have become a research hotspot in the field of mechanical processing. This study investigates the role and mechanisms of green manufacturing processes in enhancing the efficiency of mechanical processing by introducing low-energy-consumption and high-resource-utilization technologies to optimize energy consumption and waste emission issues in traditional manufacturing flows. A combination of theoretical analysis and experimental validation was employed, with typical mechanical processing scenarios selected as case studies, to systematically evaluate the potential of green manufacturing processes in reducing energy consumption, improving material utilization, and shortening processing cycles. The results indicate that the application of advanced cutting techniques, cooling lubrication strategies, and intelligent monitoring methods can significantly decrease the energy consumption per unit product and increase processing efficiency by approximately 15%-20%. Additionally, it was found that green manufacturing processes effectively reduce waste generation, thereby lowering overall production costs. The innovation of this study lies in the first proposal of an integrated evaluation model to quantify the impact of green manufacturing processes on mechanical processing efficiency, which was validated through actual production data to demonstrate its feasibility and effectiveness. This achievement not only provides new technical references for the mechanical processing industry but also lays a theoretical foundation for promoting the practical application of green manufacturing concepts, possessing significant academic value and practical implications.
