摘 要
随着金融市场的快速发展和保险需求的日益多样化,传统保险产品已难以满足复杂多变的风险管理需求,金融工程作为现代金融学的重要分支,为保险产品的创新提供了理论和技术支持。本研究旨在探讨金融工程在保险产品设计与优化中的应用潜力,通过引入衍生工具、风险量化模型以及资产组合管理等方法,提升保险产品的灵活性和适应性。研究采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方式,选取典型保险产品案例进行建模与模拟,并结合市场数据验证其可行性与有效性。结果表明,基于金融工程的创新方法能够显著增强保险产品的风险管理能力,同时满足个性化需求并提高投资收益水平。本研究的创新点在于将复杂的金融工程技术与保险实践深度融合,提出了一种动态定价机制和风险对冲策略,为保险公司开发新型产品提供了理论依据和操作指南。此外,研究还强调了金融科技在推动保险业数字化转型中的重要作用,为未来保险产品创新指明了方向。总体而言,本研究不仅丰富了保险领域的理论框架,也为行业实践提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of financial markets and the increasing diversification of insurance demands, traditional insurance products are struggling to meet the complex and ever-changing requirements of risk management. As an important branch of modern finance, financial engineering provides theoretical and technical support for the innovation of insurance products. This study aims to explore the application potential of financial engineering in the design and optimization of insurance products, enhancing their flexibility and adaptability through the introduction of derivative instruments, risk quantification models, and portfolio management methodologies. By integrating theoretical analysis with empirical research, this study selects typical insurance product cases for modeling and simulation, validating their feasibility and effectiveness using market data. The results indicate that innovative methods based on financial engineering can significantly strengthen the risk management capabilities of insurance products while meeting personalized needs and improving investment returns. A key contribution of this study lies in its deep integration of sophisticated financial engineering techniques with insurance practices, proposing a dynamic pricing mechanism and risk hedging strategy that provide theoretical foundations and operational guidelines for insurers developing new products. Additionally, the study highlights the critical role of fintech in driving the digital transformation of the insurance industry, offering directions for future product innovation. Overall, this research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of the insurance domain but also provides valuable references for practical applications within the industry.
