摘 要
金融市场的复杂性和不确定性使得金融风险的识别与预警成为现代经济研究中的重要课题，尤其是在全球金融市场日益互联的背景下，金融风险的传导和扩散对经济稳定构成了重大威胁。本研究旨在构建一种基于多源数据的金融风险预警模型，并通过实证分析验证其有效性。研究结合宏观经济指标、金融市场数据以及非结构化信息（如新闻文本和社交媒体情绪），采用机器学习算法与统计分析方法，提出了一种集成式风险评估框架。该框架能够动态捕捉金融系统的潜在脆弱性，并在不同时间尺度上提供预警信号。实证部分选取了2015年至2022年间中国A股市场的相关数据进行回测分析，结果表明，所构建的模型在预测系统性金融风险方面具有较高的准确率和稳定性，尤其在市场剧烈波动期间表现出较强的适应能力。

Abstract
The complexity and uncertainty of the financial market make the identification and early warning of financial risks become an important topic in modern economic research. Especially in the context of the increasingly interconnected global financial market, the transmission and diffusion of financial risks pose a major threat to economic stability. This study aims to construct a financial risk early warning model based on multi-source data and verify its effectiveness through empirical analysis. It combines macroeconomic indicators, financial market data, and unstructured information (such as news text and social media sentiment) with machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis methods. The fr amework is able to dynamically capture the potential vulnerabilities of financial systems and provide early warning signals at different time scales. In the empirical part, relevant data from China's A-share market from 2015 to 2022 are selected for backtest analysis. The results show that the constructed model has high accuracy and stability in predicting systemic financial risks, especially showing strong adaptability during the drastic market fluctuations.
