摘 要
随着工业4.0时代的到来,电气自动化技术在现代工业生产中的应用日益广泛,其对提升生产线效率、降低成本及优化资源配置具有重要意义。本研究以工业自动化生产线为背景,深入探讨电气自动化技术的集成与应用,旨在通过分析其关键技术和实施策略,揭示其在提高生产灵活性和智能化水平方面的潜力。研究采用理论分析与案例验证相结合的方法,系统梳理了电气自动化在控制、监测及数据处理等环节的核心作用,并结合实际应用场景评估了其性能表现。结果表明,电气自动化技术能够显著增强生产线的响应速度和精度,同时通过实时数据采集与分析实现预测性维护,从而减少停机时间并延长设备寿命。此外,本研究创新性地提出了一种基于物联网的电气自动化协同控制方案,该方案有效解决了多设备间的信息孤岛问题,实现了资源的高效调度与优化配置。

Abstract
With the advent of industry 4.0 era, the application of electrical automation technology in modern industrial production is increasingly extensive, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the production line, reduce the cost and optimize the resource allocation. In the background of industrial automation production line, this study explores the integration and application of electrical automation technology, aiming to reveal its potential in improving production flexibility and intelligence level by analyzing its key technologies and implementation strategies. The research adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and case verification, systematically sorts out the core role of electrical automation in control, monitoring and data processing, and evaluates its performance combined with practical application scenarios. The results show that electrical automation technology can significantly enhance the response speed and accuracy of the production line, while achieving predictive maintenance through real-time data acquisition and analysis, thus reducing downtime and extending equipment life. In addition, this research innovatively proposes a collaborative control scheme of electrical automation based on the Internet of Things, which effectively solves the problem of information island among multiple devices, and realizes the efficient scheduling and optimal allocation of resources.
