摘 要
虚拟现实技术作为一种新兴的交互手段,在手功能康复领域展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在探讨虚拟现实技术在提升手部运动功能恢复中的应用效果及其机制,通过设计基于沉浸式虚拟现实的康复训练系统,结合动作捕捉与反馈机制,为患者提供个性化的康复方案。研究选取了60名手功能障碍患者作为实验对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用虚拟现实辅助康复训练和传统康复训练方法进行为期12周的干预。结果表明,实验组在手部灵活性、力量及协调性方面的改善显著优于对照组,且患者的参与积极性和依从性明显提高。本研究创新性地将虚拟现实技术与神经可塑性理论相结合,提出了一种多感官反馈驱动的康复训练模式,有效促进了患者手功能的恢复。这一成果为手功能康复提供了新的技术路径,并为未来智能化康复系统的开发奠定了基础。

Abstract
Virtual reality (VR) technology, as an emerging interactive tool, demonstrates significant potential in the field of hand function rehabilitation. This study investigates the application effects and underlying mechanisms of VR technology in enhancing the recovery of hand motor functions by designing an immersive VR-based rehabilitation training system that integrates motion capture and feedback mechanisms to provide personalized rehabilitation programs for patients. A total of 60 patients with hand functional impairments were recruited and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, undergoing 12 weeks of intervention using VR-assisted rehabilitation training and conventional rehabilitation methods, respectively. The results indicate that the experimental group exhibited significantly greater improvements in hand flexibility, strength, and coordination compared to the control group, along with increased patient engagement and adherence. This study innovatively combines VR technology with the theory of neuroplasticity, proposing a multisensory feedback-driven rehabilitation training model that effectively promotes the restoration of hand functions. This achievement offers a novel technical approach for hand function rehabilitation and lays the foundation for the future development of intelligent rehabilitation systems.
