优化工作环境以提高员工满意度的实践路径

摘    要

  随着现代企业竞争日益激烈,员工满意度成为影响企业绩效和可持续发展的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨优化工作环境以提高员工满意度的有效路径,基于对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合企业管理实践,构建了涵盖物理环境、人文环境、制度环境三个维度的工作环境优化框架,并通过问卷调查与案例分析相结合的方法展开实证研究。研究选取了不同规模和行业的10家企业作为样本,共收集有效问卷856份,运用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析,结果显示,优化后的物理环境能够直接提升员工的工作舒适度;良好的人文环境有助于增强员工归属感和团队凝聚力;合理的制度环境则能保障员工权益并激发其工作积极性。

Abstract 
  With the increasingly fierce competition in modern enterprises, employee satisfaction has become an important factor affecting enterprise performance and sustainable development. This study aims to optimize the working environment effective path to improve employee satisfaction, based on the relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the enterprise management practice, build the covers the physical environment, cultural environment, institutional environment of three dimensions of working environment optimization fr amework, and through the questionnaire survey and case analysis of empirical research. The study selected 10 enterprises of different sizes and industries as samples, collected 856 valid questionnaires and used SPSS statistical software for data analysis. The results show that the optimized physical environment can directly improve the work comfort of employees; good cultural environment helps to enhance their sense of belonging and team cohesion; reasonable institutional environment can protect their rights and interests and stimulate their work enthusiasm.
