摘 要
口腔健康是全身健康的重要组成部分，随着社会经济发展和人们生活水平提高，口腔疾病发病率呈上升趋势，给个人和社会带来沉重负担。为探究口腔健康教育对口腔疾病预防效果的影响，本研究以某地区社区居民为对象，采用随机对照试验设计，选取1200名符合条件的参与者，分为实验组和对照组，每组600人。实验组接受为期一年系统的口腔健康教育干预，包括定期讲座、发放宣传资料、个性化指导等措施；对照组不进行特殊干预。通过问卷调查、口腔检查等方式收集两组参与者在干预前后口腔健康知识知晓率、行为习惯改变情况以及龋齿、牙周病等常见口腔疾病的患病率数据。

Abstract
Oral health is an important part of general health. With the development of society and economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence of oral diseases is on the rise, bringing heavy burden to individuals and society. In order to explore the impact of oral health education on the prevention effect of oral diseases, this study targeted community residents in a certain area with a randomized controlled trial design, and 1200 eligible participants were selected into experimental group and control group with 600 participants in each group. The experimental group received a one-year systematic oral health education intervention, including regular lectures, distribution of publicity materials, personalized guidance and other measures; the control group did not conduct special intervention. The prevalence data of oral health knowledge, behavioral changes and common oral diseases such as dental caries and periodontal disease were collected through questionnaires and oral examination
