摘 要
牙本质敏感症是口腔临床常见疾病，其发病机制复杂且多因素相关。本研究旨在深入探讨牙本质敏感症的发病机制并制定有效的临床治疗策略。通过对大量牙本质敏感患者进行流行病学调查、临床检查及实验室检测，结合微观结构分析与生物化学检测等方法，发现牙本质小管开放程度与牙本质敏感症状严重程度呈正相关，同时神经纤维分布密度增加以及局部pH值变化在牙本质敏感症的发生发展中起重要作用。基于上述研究结果，提出以封闭牙本质小管为核心，结合脱敏剂应用、激光治疗、药物干预等多种手段综合治疗的新方案。该方案不仅能够有效缓解疼痛症状，还从根源上改善了牙本质结构稳定性，降低了复发率。此外，本研究首次将神经生物学机制引入牙本质敏感症的研究领域，为后续深入探究提供了新的思路和方向，也为临床制定个性化治疗方案奠定了理论基础。这一研究成果对提高牙本质敏感症的诊疗水平具有重要意义，有助于改善患者的生活质量。

Abstract
Dentin hypersensitivity is a common oral clinical condition with a complex and multifactorial etiology. This study aims to explore the pathogenesis of dentin hypersensitivity and develop effective clinical treatment strategies. By conducting epidemiological surveys, clinical examinations, and laboratory tests on a large number of patients with dentin hypersensitivity, combined with microstructural analysis and biochemical testing, it was found that the degree of dentinal tubule exposure correlates positively with the severity of symptoms. Additionally, increased density of nerve fiber distribution and changes in local pH play crucial roles in the development of dentin hypersensitivity. Based on these findings, a new comprehensive treatment protocol centered on occluding dentinal tubules, incorporating desensitizing agents, laser therapy, and pharmacological interventions, has been proposed. This approach not only alleviates pain effectively but also improves the structural stability of dentin from its root cause, thereby reducing recurrence rates. Moreover, this study introduces neurobiological mechanisms into the research field of dentin hypersensitivity for the first time, providing new insights and directions for further investigation. It also lays a theoretical foundation for developing personalized treatment plans in clinical practice. This research significantly enhances the diagnosis and treatment of dentin hypersensitivity, contributing to improved quality of life for patients.
