儿童口腔健康行为养成模式及干预效果研究

  儿童口腔健康问题日益受到关注,良好的口腔健康行为养成对儿童的口腔健康至关重要。本研究旨在探讨儿童口腔健康行为养成模式并评估干预效果,以期为改善儿童口腔健康状况提供科学依据。基于社会认知理论和健康信念模型构建了包含家庭、学校、社区三个层面的综合干预模式,选取某城市10所小学共1200名8 - 10岁儿童作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组接受为期一年的多维度干预措施,包括口腔健康知识讲座、趣味互动活动、家庭监督与鼓励等,对照组仅进行常规健康教育。通过问卷调查、口腔检查等方式收集数据,在干预前后分别测量儿童口腔健康知识水平、态度、行为以及龋齿发生率等指标。结果显示,干预后干预组儿童口腔健康知识知晓率从65.3%提升至87.4%,正确刷牙率从42.1%提高到73.6%,龋齿新发率较对照组降低了15.2个百分点。这表明该综合干预模式能有效促进儿童口腔健康行为养成,降低龋齿发病率,创新性地将家庭、学校、社区三方面力量有机整合,充分发挥各自优势,为儿童口腔健康行为养成提供了新的思路和方法,对推动儿童口腔健康事业发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

  Children's oral health issues have garnered increasing attention, and the development of good oral health behaviors is crucial for children's oral well-being. This study aims to explore models for fostering oral health behaviors in children and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, providing scientific evidence to improve children's oral health status. Based on Social Cognitive Theory and the Health Belief Model, a comprehensive intervention model was constructed encompassing family, school, and community levels. A total of 1200 children aged 8-10 from 10 primary schools in a city were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group. The intervention group received multidimensional interventions over one year, including oral health knowledge lectures, interactive activities, and family supervision and encouragement, while the control group only received routine health education. Data were collected through questionnaires and oral examinations, measuring children's oral health knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and caries incidence before and after the intervention. Results showed that post-intervention, the awareness rate of oral health knowledge in the intervention group increased from 65.3% to 87.4%, the correct tooth brushing rate rose from 42.1% to 73.6%, and the new caries incidence rate was reduced by 15.2 percentage points compared to the control group. These findings indicate that this comprehensive intervention model effectively promotes the development of oral health behaviors in children and reduces caries incidence. Innovatively integrating the strengths of family, school, and community, this approach provides new insights and methods for fostering oral health behaviors in children, significantly contributing to the advancement of children's oral health.
