摘 要:随着教育理念的不断更新,自主学习能力成为初中生全面发展的重要组成部分。本研究旨在探讨初中生自主学习能力培养的有效策略与实践路径,以期为教育教学提供理论支持和实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,发现当前关于初中生自主学习能力的研究多集中于理论构建,缺乏系统性的实证研究。为此,本研究采用问卷调查法、访谈法和案例分析法相结合的方式,选取某市三所不同层次的中学作为样本,共收集有效问卷1200份,并对30名学生及教师进行深度访谈。研究结果表明,初中生自主学习能力存在显著个体差异,主要受家庭环境、学校氛围和个人特质等因素影响。

Abstract: With the continuous updating of educational concepts, independent learning ability has become an important part of the all-round development of junior high school students. This study aims to explore the effective strategies and practical paths of cultivating independent learning ability of junior high school students, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for education and teaching. Through the combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, it is found that the current research on the independent learning ability of junior high school students mostly focuses on theoretical construction and lack of systematic empirical research. To this end, this study adopted a combination of questionnaire survey method, interview method and case analysis method, selected three middle schools at different levels in a city as a sample, collected 1200 valid questionnaires, and conducted in-depth interviews with 30 students and teachers. The results show that there are significant individual differences in their independent learning ability, mainly influenced by factors such as family environment, school atmosphere and personal characteristics.
