不同光照强度对温室番茄生长的影响

摘  要

光照是影响温室番茄生长的关键环境因子之一,本研究旨在探讨不同光照强度对温室番茄生长的影响,为优化温室光照管理提供理论依据。选取健康一致的番茄幼苗,在人工气候室中设置弱光(200μmol·m^-2·s^-1)、中等光(400μmol·m^-2·s^-1)和强光(600μmol·m^-2·s^-1)3个光照强度处理,以自然光照为对照,每个处理重复3次。测定并分析了各处理下番茄的株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶绿素含量、光合速率、干物质积累量等指标。结果表明,随着光照强度的增加,番茄的株高、茎粗、叶片数均呈现先增后减的趋势,叶绿素含量在中等光处理下最高,光合速率在强光处理下显著高于其他处理,干物质积累量也以强光处理最大。创新点在于系统地研究了不同光照强度对番茄多个生长指标的影响,明确了适宜温室番茄生长的最佳光照强度范围,主要贡献是为温室番茄的精准光照调控提供了科学依据,有助于提高番茄产量和品质。

EFFECT OF DIFFERENT LIGHT INTENSITY ON TOMATO GROWTH IN GREENHOUSE

ABSTRACT

Light is one of the key environmental factors affecting the growth of tomato in greenhouse. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different light intensity on the growth of tomato in greenhouse, and to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the management of light in greenhouse. Healthy and consistent tomato seedlings were selected, and three light intensity treatments (200μmol·m^-2·s^-1), medium light (400μmol·m^-2·s^-1) and strong light (600μmol·m^-2·s^-1) were set in the artificial climate chamber. Each treatment was repeated three times with natural light as the control. The plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and dry matter accumulation were measured and analyzed under each treatment. The results showed that with the increase of light intensity, the plant height, stem diameter and leaf number of tomato increased first and then decreased. The chlorophyll content was the highest under medium light treatment, the photosynthetic rate was significantly higher than that under other treatments, and the dry matter accumulation was also the highest under light treatment. The innovation point is that the effects of different light intensity on multiple growth indicators of tomatoes are systematically studied, and the optimal range of light intensity suitable for the growth of greenhouse tomatoes is defined. The main contribution is to provide scientific basis for accurate light regulation of greenhouse tomatoes, which is conducive to improving the yield and quality of tomatoes.
