摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业数字化转型成为必然趋势,这对员工技能提出了新要求。本研究旨在探讨企业数字化转型中员工培训与技能提升的问题,以期为企业提供有效的人力资源管理策略。通过对国内外相关文献进行系统梳理,结合问卷调查、访谈等方法收集数据,选取不同规模和行业的典型企业作为样本,深入分析员工在数字化转型过程中面临的技能挑战,包括数字技术应用能力不足、数据分析思维欠缺等。研究发现,有效的员工培训体系能够显著提高员工适应数字化转型的能力,如定制化培训课程可满足不同岗位需求,混合式学习模式有助于知识内化。创新点在于构建了涵盖培训需求评估、培训内容设计、培训效果评价的全流程框架,并提出基于员工个体差异的精准培训理念,强调将企业战略目标与员工职业发展规划相结合。主要贡献是为企业实施针对性强、灵活性高的员工培训提供了理论依据和实践指导,有助于企业在数字化转型浪潮中保持竞争力,实现可持续发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend for enterprises, imposing new requirements on employee skills. This study aims to explore issues related to employee training and skill enhancement during corporate digital transformation, providing effective human resource management strategies for enterprises. By systematically reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, and collecting data through methods such as surveys and interviews, this research selects typical enterprises of different sizes and industries as samples to conduct an in-depth analysis of the skill challenges employees face during digital transformation, including inadequate capabilities in digital technology application and a lack of data analytical thinking. The findings indicate that an effective employee training system can significantly enhance employees' adaptability to digital transformation; for instance, customized training programs can meet the needs of different positions, while blended learning models facilitate knowledge internalization. An innovation of this study lies in constructing a comprehensive fr amework covering training needs assessment, training content design, and training effectiveness evaluation, proposing a precise training concept based on individual employee differences, emphasizing the integration of corporate strategic goals with employee career development plans. The primary contribution is providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for enterprises to implement targeted and flexible employee training, aiding companies in maintaining competitiveness and achieving sustainable development amidst the wave of digital transformation.
