摘 要
随着社会进步与性别平等意识的提升,女性在企业管理层中的比例逐渐增加,其领导力对企业决策的影响成为重要研究课题。本研究旨在探讨女性领导力在企业决策中的作用与影响,通过文献综述、案例分析和问卷调查相结合的方法,选取不同规模、行业的企业作为样本,深入剖析女性领导者在战略规划、风险管理、团队建设等方面的具体表现。研究发现,女性领导者更注重沟通协作,善于平衡各方利益,在危机处理时表现出更强的情绪智慧和同理心,能够有效激发员工潜力,营造积极的企业文化氛围。此外,女性领导者的决策风格倾向于长期视角,重视可持续发展和社会责任,有助于企业在复杂多变的市场环境中保持竞争优势。本研究创新性地构建了女性领导力评价指标体系,为量化评估女性领导力提供了理论依据,同时揭示了女性领导力的独特价值,为企业选拔培养多元化领导人才提供参考,推动组织管理理论的发展,促进性别平等在企业管理领域的实践应用。

Abstract
As society advances and awareness of gender equality increases, the proportion of women in corporate management levels has gradually risen, making the impact of their leadership on corporate decision-making an important research topic. This study aims to explore the role and influence of female leadership in corporate decision-making by integrating literature review, case analysis, and questionnaire surveys, selecting enterprises of different scales and industries as samples to deeply analyze the specific performance of female leaders in strategic planning, risk management, and team building. The findings reveal that female leaders place greater emphasis on communication and collaboration, excel at balancing various interests, and demonstrate stronger emotional intelligence and empathy during crisis management, effectively unleashing employee potential and fostering a positive corporate culture. Moreover, the decision-making style of female leaders tends toward a long-term perspective, valuing sustainable development and social responsibility, which helps maintain competitive advantages for enterprises in complex and volatile market environments. Innovatively, this study constructs an evaluation index system for female leadership, providing a theoretical basis for quantitatively assessing female leadership while revealing its unique value. This not only offers references for enterprises in selecting and cultivating diverse leadership talent but also promotes the development of organizational management theory and the practical application of gender equality in the field of enterprise management.
