摘 要
平台经济的迅猛发展深刻改变了企业竞争格局,催生了新的商业模式与运营机制。本研究聚焦平台经济下企业竞争策略及其监管挑战,旨在剖析平台企业在市场定位、用户获取、数据利用等方面的战略选择,以及由此带来的监管难题。通过文献综述、案例分析和实证研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了国内外代表性平台企业的竞争实践,揭示了平台经济特有的双边市场效应、网络外部性等特征对企业竞争行为的影响机制。研究表明,平台企业凭借技术优势和规模效应,在市场竞争中展现出独特的竞争优势,如快速扩张市场份额、构建生态系统等;然而,这种优势也引发了诸如垄断风险、数据安全、消费者权益保护等一系列监管问题。本研究创新性地提出了基于多主体协同治理框架下的监管建议,强调政府、平台企业和社会公众共同参与的重要性,为完善平台经济治理体系提供了理论依据和政策参考,对促进平台经济健康可持续发展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract
The rapid development of platform economy has profoundly transformed the competitive landscape of enterprises, giving rise to new business models and operational mechanisms. This study focuses on corporate competitive strategies and regulatory challenges in the context of platform economy, aiming to analyze strategic choices made by platform firms in market positioning, user acquisition, and data utilization, as well as the resulting regulatory dilemmas. By integrating literature review, case analysis, and empirical research, this paper systematically examines the competitive practices of representative platform enterprises both domestically and internationally, revealing how the unique characteristics of platform economy such as two-sided market effects and network externalities influence corporate competitive behaviors. The findings indicate that platform enterprises leverage their technological advantages and economies of scale to exhibit distinctive competitive strengths in the market, including rapid market share expansion and ecosystem construction; however, these advantages also trigger a series of regulatory issues such as monopoly risks, data security concerns, and consumer rights protection. Innovatively, this study proposes regulatory recommendations based on a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance fr amework, emphasizing the importance of participation from government, platform enterprises, and the public, thereby providing theoretical foundations and policy references for improving the governance system of platform economy, which holds significant practical implications for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of platform economy.
