供应链风险管理对企业运营稳定性的影响


摘  要

  在全球化和信息化背景下,企业面临的供应链风险日益复杂多变,这不仅威胁着企业的正常运营,也对整个产业链的稳定性产生深远影响。本研究旨在探讨供应链风险管理对企业运营稳定性的影响,通过构建理论模型并结合实证分析,揭示二者之间的内在联系。基于此,选取了涵盖制造业、服务业等不同行业的200家企业作为样本,运用问卷调查与案例研究相结合的方法,从风险识别、评估、应对三个维度展开系统性研究。研究发现,有效的供应链风险管理能够显著提升企业运营稳定性,具体表现为库存周转率提高15%,订单履行周期缩短20%,客户满意度提升18%。创新之处在于首次将供应链弹性纳入考量范围,并提出“动态风险管理框架”,强调在不确定环境下企业应具备快速响应能力。此外,本研究还验证了信息技术应用水平在其中起到正向调节作用,为相关理论提供了新的视角。研究成果为企业制定科学合理的供应链管理策略提供了重要参考依据,有助于增强企业在复杂多变市场环境中的竞争力与抗风险能力。

Abstract

  In the context of globalization and informatization, enterprises are confronted with increasingly complex and volatile supply chain risks, which not only threaten their normal operations but also have profound implications for the stability of the entire industrial chain. This study aims to investigate the impact of supply chain risk management on enterprise operational stability. By constructing a theoretical model and integrating empirical analysis, it reveals the intrinsic relationship between the two. For this purpose, 200 enterprises across different industries including manufacturing and services were selected as samples. A combination of questionnaire surveys and case studies was employed to conduct systematic research from three dimensions: risk identification, evaluation, and response. The findings indicate that effective supply chain risk management can significantly enhance enterprise operational stability, specifically manifested in a 15% increase in inventory turnover rate, a 20% reduction in order fulfillment cycle, and an 18% improvement in customer satisfaction. An innovative aspect of this study is the first inclusion of supply chain resilience in the consideration, proposing a “dynamic risk management fr amework” that emphasizes the need for enterprises to possess rapid response capabilities in uncertain environments. Furthermore, this study verifies that the level of information technology application plays a positive moderating role, providing new perspectives to relevant theories. The research outcomes offer crucial reference for enterprises to formulate scientific and reasonable supply chain management strategies, thereby enhancing their competitiveness and risk resistance capabilities in a complex and ever-changing market environment.
