摘 要
随着制造业的快速发展,机械设计制造领域面临着标准化与定制化之间的平衡挑战。本研究旨在探讨在现代工业背景下如何实现标准化与定制化的有机结合,以满足多样化市场需求并提高生产效率。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合实际案例分析,采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,深入剖析了标准化与定制化在机械设计制造中的相互关系及其影响因素。研究发现,标准化能够显著降低生产成本、缩短产品开发周期,而定制化则能满足客户的个性化需求,提升产品附加值。研究结果表明,通过合理运用这一框架,企业能够在保证产品质量的前提下有效应对市场变化,实现经济效益与社会效益的双赢。这不仅为机械设计制造企业提供了一种新的思路,也为相关理论研究提供了有益参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry, the field of mechanical design and manufacturing is facing the challenge of balance between standardization and customization. The purpose of this study is to explore how to achieve the organic combination of standardization and customization in the context of modern industry in order to meet the diversified market demand and improve production efficiency. Based on the systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the actual case analysis, the relationship and influencing factors between standardization and customization in mechanical design and manufacturing are deeply analyzed by the qualitative and quantitative research methods. It is found that standardization can significantly reduce production costs and shorten product development cycles, while customization can meet the individual needs of customers and increase the added value of products. The research results show that through rational use of this fr amework, enterprises can effectively cope with market changes under the premise of ensuring product quality, and achieve a win-win situation of economic and social benefits. This not only provides a new idea for machinery design and manufacturing enterprises, but also provides a useful reference for related theoretical research.
