摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据为企业管理决策提供了前所未有的机遇与挑战。传统企业管理决策模式在数据处理能力、决策精准度等方面逐渐难以满足现代企业需求,基于此背景,本文旨在探索利用大数据优化企业管理决策的方法。研究以提升企业决策效率和质量为目的,采用数据挖掘、机器学习等技术手段对海量企业运营相关数据进行深度分析。通过构建包含数据预处理、特征提取、模型建立及验证在内的系统化方法体系,实现了对企业内外部环境因素的有效识别与量化评估。结果表明,该方法能够更准确地预测市场趋势、评估风险并发现潜在商机,使企业在复杂多变的市场竞争中做出更为科学合理的决策。创新点在于将多种先进算法融合应用于企业管理场景,并且开发了适应不同类型企业的可定制化决策支持工具,不仅提高了决策速度和准确性,还增强了企业应对不确定性的能力,为推动企业管理现代化提供了新思路和技术支撑。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, big data has presented unprecedented opportunities and challenges for enterprise management decision-making. Traditional enterprise management decision-making models are increasingly unable to meet modern enterprise requirements in terms of data processing capabilities and decision accuracy. Against this backdrop, this study aims to explore methods of optimizing enterprise management decisions using big data. Focusing on enhancing decision efficiency and quality, the research employs techniques such as data mining and machine learning to conduct in-depth analysis of massive volumes of enterprise operation-related data. A systematic methodology encompassing data preprocessing, feature extraction, model establishment, and validation has been constructed, enabling effective identification and quantitative evaluation of internal and external environmental factors affecting enterprises. The results indicate that this approach can more accurately predict market trends, assess risks, and uncover potential business opportunities, thereby facilitating more scientifically sound and reasonable decisions in the highly competitive and dynamic market environment. The innovation lies in integrating multiple advanced algorithms into enterprise management scenarios and developing customizable decision support tools adaptable to different types of enterprises. This not only improves decision speed and accuracy but also enhances enterprises' capability to cope with uncertainties, providing new ideas and technical support for the modernization of enterprise management.
