摘 要
随着互联网技术的迅猛发展，互联网金融应运而生并迅速崛起，对传统财务管理模式产生了深刻影响与诸多挑战，本研究旨在探讨这种影响与挑战。以互联网金融为背景，基于相关理论，通过文献研究法梳理现有研究成果，运用案例分析法选取具有代表性的企业进行深入剖析，并借助比较研究法对比互联网金融环境下传统财务管理的变化。研究发现，互联网金融促使信息获取更便捷全面，资金流转效率大幅提高，风险管理手段更加多元化，但也带来数据安全风险加大、监管难度增加等问题。创新点在于从多维度剖析互联网金融对传统财务管理模式的影响，不仅关注积极促进作用还深入挖掘面临的挑战，为传统企业在互联网金融浪潮下优化财务管理模式提供参考依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology, Internet finance arises at the historic moment and rises rapidly, which has had a profound impact and many challenges on the traditional financial management mode. This study aims to explore such impacts and challenges. Taking Internet finance as the background and based on relevant theories, the existing research results are sorted out through literature research method, representative enterprises are selected by case analysis method, and the changes of traditional financial management in the Internet financial environment are compared with the help of comparative research method. The study found that Internet finance promotes more convenient and comprehensive access to information, greatly improves the efficiency of capital circulation, and more diversified risk management means, but it also brings problems such as increased data security risks and increased difficulty of supervision. The innovation point lies in analyzing the impact of Internet finance on the traditional financial management mode from multiple dimensions, not only focusing on the positive promoting role but also exploring the challenges, providing a reference for traditional enterprises to optimize the financial management mode under the wave of Internet finance.
